Yay! Welcome Back to SUP Yoga 2021!
The warm weather is here, the water temperature is rising and we’re ready to get your yogi spirit on the water! We limit the event to 11 people so please choose a board for $35 with full rental or $25 bring your own board!
SUP Yoga Dates with Anna on Coventry Lake:
Connect with nature and your body on this little hidden cove on Coventry Lake! Our 90 minute class will offer a fun, gentle class that incorporates an orientation for new SUP students, modifications and amplifications so that each student can practice to their fullest potential. We’ll start with an easy paddle over to a quiet spot where we’ll begin our breathing, stretching, twisting and progressively challenging poses to work you out and soothe your spirit! C’mon and join us, Anna is teaching!
This SUP yoga class will improve your balance, test muscles you never knew you had, and perhaps splash you in the water playfully enjoying a summer day trying something new! Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver.
The $35 fee includes SUP Yoga class, Paddleboard, paddle and life jacket.
You must be able to swim to join this class!
