Okay! Let’s try this Thursday October 8th for SUP Yoga as it maybe a last night on the water before ice forms! Bring layers of clothes and water foot socks if you have them! A change of clothes could be helpful too if you happen to take a dip!!

Treat your yogi spirit to a fun filled Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga class! This is a fun, gentle class that incorporates an orientation for new SUP students and an easy paddle over to a quiet spot where we’ll begin our breathing, stretching, twisting and progressively challenging poses to work you out and soothe your spirit! C’mon!! Join Us ! Becky is teaching!!!
This workout, will improve your balance, test muscles you never knew you had, and perhaps splash you in the water playfully enjoying a summer evening trying something new! Please arrive at 5:45 to complete a waiver, we start class at 6:00 pm
The fee includes Paddleboard, paddle and life jacket!
You must be able to swim to join this class!
