Connect with nature and your body on the quiet, clean, no motor boat Andover Lake this summer! Our 90 minute class will offer a fun, gentle class that incorporates an orientation for new SUP students, modifications and amplifications so that each student can practice to their fullest potential. We’ll start with an easy paddle over to a quiet spot where we’ll begin our breathing, stretching, twisting and progressively challenging poses to work you out and soothe your spirit! C’mon!! Join Us ! Anna is teaching!!!
This SUP yoga class will improve your balance, test muscles you never knew you had, and perhaps splash you in the water playfully enjoying a summer evening trying something new! Please arrive at 15 minutes prior to class to complete a waiver.
The fee includes SUP Yoga class, Paddleboard, paddle and life jacket!
You must be able to swim to join this class!
